Our work is an attempt to realise this vision and to produce buildings that are ahead of their time.

By working together from the outset, we learn from one another and combine our knowledge to devise fully integrated design solutions.

Articulated Volumes & Warm Materiality
This residential mid-rise is designed as a study in volumetric depth and material contrast. Moving away from the concept of a monolithic block, the architecture utilizes a series of interlocking frames and recessed planes to create a dynamic, rhythmic facade. The building establishes a strong modern identity while introducing warmth through strategic material choices, balancing urban sophistication with residential comfort.
Architectural Composition / The design language is defined by a clear distinction between the structural "exoskeleton" and the inhabited inner volume.
The Interlocking "C" Frames: The defining feature of the main facade is the use of bold, white "C"-shaped frames that project outward. These architectural elements act as visual brackets, grouping balconies together and breaking down the building's scale into legible, geometric components.
Material Duality / The pristine white render of the outer frames contrasts sharply with the horizontal wood-effect cladding lining the recessed balcony walls. This "warm core" draws the eye inward and softens the building's modern lines, creating a welcoming, domestic aesthetic.
Vertical Spine / A central vertical recess, finished in dark charcoal grey, splits the facade massing. This negative space not only emphasizes verticality but also clearly demarcates the internal circulation or separation of units.
Functional Design & Detailing / Balcony Strategy / The balconies are deeply recessed within the white frames, providing passive solar shading for the interiors during high sun. The use of frameless glass balustrades ensures unobstructed views and allows the rich texture of the wood cladding to be visible from the street level.
Ground Floor Interface / The building meets the ground with a dark grey plinth, grounding the structure visually. Ground-floor units benefit from private garden terraces bordered by manicured hedges, creating a buffer between private living spaces and the semi-public parking area.
Site Integration / The site features permeable grass-paver parking spots, integrating drainage and greenery directly into the hardscape, which softens the transition between the building and the street.
