Kristal Residence 3 is a contemporary multi-family residential complex designed to redefine modern community living. Striking a perfect balance between architectural density and open, green landscapes, this project focuses on geometric clarity, high-contrast materials, and an abundance of natural light. Designed for the modern urban resident, the complex seamlessly integrates private outdoor spaces with functional, interconnected layouts.

The architectural identity of the complex is rooted in a sophisticated play of interlocking volumes and contrasting tones. By utilizing a monochromatic color palette inflected with warm undertones, the facade breaks away from the monotony of traditional residential blocks.

Dynamic Visual Massing / As captured in the front elevation view, the design employs prominent, protruding white frames that offset the recessed, dark charcoal volumes. This creates a captivating rhythm of light and shadow throughout the day.

Balcony Integration / Recessed terraces and glass-enclosed balconies provide every apartment unit with private outdoor space while preserving the clean, linear profile of the exterior walls.

Volumetric Depth / The perspective view highlights the stepped arrangement and structural depth of the buildings. This layout prevents visual crowding and ensures optimal airflow and sunlight penetration between the blocks.

A key priority of the project was creating a soft transition between the built environment and the streetscape, ensuring that automobiles and pedestrian infrastructure coexist harmoniously.
