The design utilizes a strategic push-and-pull methodology on the facade, creating a visual rhythm that breaks down the building's scale.

The most defining feature is the sculptural use of crisp, white structural banding. These white elements—acting variously as deep overhangs, spacious balconies, and interlocking geometric frames—wrap around the building's corners and cascade down the elevations. This not only provides a strong horizontal emphasis but also creates dynamic shadow play throughout the day, giving the building a kinetic, ever-changing presence.

Materiality & Facade Articulation / The material palette is deliberately restrained yet highly effective, relying on a high-contrast juxtaposition:

Crisp White Accents / Smooth white cladding defines the primary structural frames and balcony edges, giving the building its clean, contemporary signature.

Textured Greys / The recessed volumes and secondary facades are finished in varying shades of slate and charcoal grey. This dark backdrop emphasizes the depth of the balconies and makes the white framing visually "pop."

Transparent Boundaries / Minimalist, frameless glass balustrades are utilized across all balconies. This choice strips away visual clutter, ensuring the facade remains sleek while maximizing natural light and unobstructed views for the residents.
