SKY GARDEN PARK

240 Apartment Units

25.500 Sq. Meters

300 Parking Spaces

Sky Park is an Integrated Urban Living Complex.
Modern Community & Mixed-Use Design.

This extensive residential development represents a holistic approach to high-density urban living. Comprising four distinct architectural volumes, the complex is designed not merely as a collection of apartments, but as a self-contained ecosystem centered around leisure and community interaction. The master plan strategically arranges the buildings to create a protected inner courtyard, fostering a sense of privacy while maximizing exposure to natural light and green vistas.

The architectural language is defined by a strong horizontal rhythm. The facade is articulated through a series of continuous white bands that wrap around the building, broken rhythmically by vertical panels of warm, copper-toned cladding.

Dynamic Geometry / The play of recessed loggias and cantilevered balconies creates a deep, sculptural facade that changes with the movement of the sun, providing natural shading and visual depth.

Material Contrast / The pristine white render contrasts sharply with the earthy textures of the vertical panels and the sleek transparency of the glass balustrades, resulting in a contemporary yet welcoming aesthetic.

Biophilic Elements / The design integrates nature vertically, with dedicated planters on balconies that allow greenery to cascade down the facade, softening the edges of the built environment.

Functional Program & Zoning
The complex is stratified to separate public, vehicular, and private zones effectively:

The Commercial Anchor (Building A) / The primary building, positioned at the prominent street corner, features a fully glazed, double-height commercial plinth. This transparent base activates the street level, offering retail or café spaces that serve both residents and the neighborhood, anchoring the complex within the urban fabric.

The Pilotis Level (Ground Floor) / To maximize land efficiency and maintain a pedestrian-friendly perimeter, the residential volumes are elevated. The ground floor utilizes a pilotis structural system to house covered parking spaces. This design choice keeps vehicles sheltered and out of sight, ensuring the visual clutter of parking does not dominate the landscape.

The Residential Core / The upper floors are dedicated exclusively to residential units, ranging from efficient studios to expansive corner apartments with dual-aspect views.

The Leisure Nucleus / At the heart of the four buildings lies the project's defining feature: a generous open-air swimming pool and lounge area (implied by the "inner courtyard" configuration and user prompt). By orienting the buildings inward, the design creates a private oasis shielded from street noise. This central void acts as the social lung of the complex, encouraging interaction among residents and providing a resort-like atmosphere in an urban setting.

Sky Park balances the requirements of density with the desire for quality of life. Through its intelligent mix of commercial activation, concealed parking, and focused leisure amenities, it establishes a new standard for modern, mixed-use residential developments.
